Gary and his wife Karla began attending Faith Bible Church in 1994. They have been married for 37+ years and have three children, Jeri, Stacie, and Jacob. Stacie is married to Tony, and they have two beautiful little girls Chloe and Sophia. Jacob is married to Meghan; they have three children, two handsome boys Benjamin and Nicholas, and a beautiful baby girl Makaylah.
Gary was saved in 1983 and had the privilege of being used by the Lord to speak the gospel to his wife whom the Lord saved as well. All three of their kids know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Born and raised in Joliet, IL, Gary met Karla while working at a summer job a week after her 16th birthday. After dating for three years, they got married in September of 1979. Gary was hired at Mobil Oil Refinery in 1977 and worked there for over 40 years. His most recent responsibility was managing Mobil’s “Turnarounds,” which involves a great deal of planning, managing, and careful execution. Notably, he and his family recently celebrated his retirement!
Gary is looking forward to seeing how God will continue to use he and Karla, along with Faith Bible Church, to impact Joliet and the surrounding community for His honor and glory.
